Privacy Policy

Hello, we are World Commerce & Contracting and were formerly the International Association for Contract and Commercial Management or IACCM for short.  We are going to refer to ourselves in this policy as WorldCC.  There are three companies that form WorldCC and this Privacy Policy applies to all three:

  • Our US Parent Company: International Association of Contract and Commercial Managers Inc

Security of Your Personal Data

WorldCC is committed to protecting the security of your Personal Data and we have physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

We use a variety of industry-standard security technologies and procedures to help protect your Personal Data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

On most of our sites, WorldCC enables the use of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide secure communication over the Internet. SSL can be engaged by choosing to switch to SSL during any interaction in which you enter Personal Data.

We offer industry-standard secured-server transactions that encrypt your Personal Data when collecting your credit card information for online purchases. To verify that you have a secure server connection, look for the locked padlock symbol at the bottom of your browser window or in the URL bar, or check that the URL is prefixed by 'https'.

We store Personal Data behind a computer firewall, a barrier designed to prevent outsiders from accessing our servers. We also require you to enter a password to access your account information.

WorldCC protects your Personal Data from unauthorized physical access by storing your Personal Data in a controlled facility.

WorldCC limits access to Personal Data in electronic databases to those persons (including employees and contractors) in WorldCC's organization who have a business need for such access.

Please Remember:

Even though WorldCC has taken significant steps to ensure that your Personal Data is not intercepted, accessed, used, or disclosed by unauthorized persons, you should know that it is impossible for WorldCC to eliminate all security risks associated with Personal Data.

  • You provide Personal Data at your own risk
  • You are responsible for the security of your username and password
  • You should contact us immediately if you think your privacy has been breached
