Contracts & Commercial Management: The Role of Technology in Achieving Improved Business Results
Whether or not we welcome it, our work has been transformed by the arrival of the globally networked economy. It has brought with it increased complexity, a growing workload, and heightened pressure to drive compliance, reduce cycle times and improve decision-making.
For example, IACCM research shows that average workload has increased by more than 14% over the last 4 years and cycle times for complex contracts have risen by almost 20%.
Yet research also reveals that most of us are reluctant to grasp the benefits that technology can bring. Those benefits are wide-ranging and come from a broad portfolio of possible solutions.
Please join us as at one of this series of European seminars which will bring executives, practitioners and industry experts together to share insights, experiences and best practices as to how to bring people, process and enabling technology together to address the challenge of escalating contractual risk and complexity.
By attending, participants will discover:
- The role that technology can play in enabling us to gain control over workload, add value to the business and achieve heightened status with executive management.
- The range of solutions that the modern Legal, Procurement and Contract Management group should consider.
- Examples and case studies that describe both the opportunities and the challenges of automation.
Each session will also include extensive original research by IACCM, an independent, non-profit organization dedicated to the development of best practices in contract, legal and sourcing management of trading relationships and policies.
