Agile Contracts
The speed of change in today’s markets has forced many organizations to look at business risk and its management in new ways. This has impacted the way they think about contracts and to innovate in key areas of commercial practice and policy.
For some, this is about increasing their flexibility; for others, it is about speed; and sometimes it is driven by issues of competitiveness and innovation. I am writing to invite you to participate in a brief survey of contracts, procurement and legal professionals, to better understand the ways that today’s market and business pressures are impacting contracts and commercial management and how this varies by industry or geography.
