Contracting Capability Assessment (Maturity Model)
This Questionnaire provides a snapshot of contracting capability maturity for both buy-side and sell-side respondents. The answers will be confidential and only used as part of a consolidated view. The questions support the more detailed IACCM Maturity Model.
For the purpose of this questionnaire, please view Commitment Management as "an advanced method through which organizations apply quality principles to business terms, policies, practices, and processes to drive improved relationship selection, negotiation, contract performance and standards of market governance".
