Think's paper - Negotiation: Organizational Alignment of Strategy and Execution Process, is a A Tactical Approach To Negotiation. The purpose of our study was to determine if there was an increase in negotiation needs, whether or not organizations being studied currently had a negotiation strategy and process, and the impact, if any, of having such a strategy and process had on the companies' negotiation effectiveness.
