If you were to survey every IT Consulting firm in America today and ask them to name the two or three most difficult barriers they face in growing their business, I"m convinced that most of them would tell you that Vendor Management is on their list of business barriers. Vendor Management, Approved Vendor Lists, Primary Vendor Lists, and related elements have been around this industry for years, so why have they become such a big factor lately? What do they mean to you, as an Information Technology firm? How do grow your business in the face of Vendor Management?
