Outsourcing contracts become more complex, contentious to negotiate - Global Legal Pulse Survey 2010

Views: 2332 Published: 20 Jan 2011 Average Rating: unrated Print

EquaTerra is pleased to release the findings from the second edition of its annual Legal Pulse survey. Last year’s Legal Pulse survey focused on outsourcing trends in Europe, while this year it was expanded to incorporate the North American market (see Appendix for select year-on-year European survey results). The Legal Pulse survey complements and extends the global, regional and industry Pulse surveys that EquaTerra has conducted on a quarterly basis since 2004.
