Ask the Expert - on SOWs, SLAs and KPIs - Recording

Please see accompanying Presentation at https://www.iaccm.com/members/library/?id=4111 As many of us already know, IACCM research has shown that the most negotiated contract term is the Limitation of Liability clause. Rather than focusing on Limitation of Liability, and other risk allocation provisions, which contract aspects would be more productive in supporting successful relationships? IACCM members frequently cite 'Scope', 'Goals' and 'Responsibilities of the Parties'. These key aspects - Scope, Goals and Responsibilities of the Parties - are generally addressed in the Statements of Work, Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.  Yet, many contracting professionals continue to struggle in effectively developing, drafting, negotiating and managing these elements. This call aims to provide guidance on SOWs, SLAs and KPIs.  What are the essential components of these contracting documents?  What are the emerging and leading practices? How can these contract elements ensure superior value generation in the commercial relationships that they try to govern? Find out the answers to these questions and others in this session.
