You want to make your contracts more usable and useful for the people in charge of implementing them. Or maybe you want to beat your competition in terms of transparency and trustworthiness, or close deals with clients faster. Or maybe you want to help your suppliers to comply, by setting out terms they will actually read, understand, and act upon. Perhaps you have read research showing how visualization can improve understanding across the language barriers of the global market.
But how do you get started?
IACCM has partnered with contract design and visualisation pioneers Stefania Passera and Helena Haapio to build a new resource for this purpose: the IACCM Contract Design Pattern Library, a collection of guidelines, methods and real-life examples to help contract drafters create clearer, user-friendlier contracts.
Join this webinar to get an exclusive worldwide preview of the upcoming IACCM Contract Design Pattern Library, a collection of guidelines, methods and real-life examples to help contract drafters create clearer, user-friendlier contracts. Discover what design patterns are, and how you can use them to get started on your contract redesign journey.
The Library is a first of its kind resource and a work in progress. We look forward to revealing it and hearing your feedback and suggestions.
