Our Expert: Paul Mallory

Paul Mallory, Director, Soul Work Limited. Paul Mallory of Soul Work Limited is a highly experienced facilitator, coach, consultant, speaker and IACCM Certified Expert in Commercial Contracts Management. He specializes in personal development, leadership, team building, and negotiation.

Paul has 14 years experience in developing, delivering and selling training and professional development, including 10 years with International Association for Contract & Commercial Management (IACCM) as VP Europe and Africa, and Chief Examiner.

Before this, he spent 26 years in Commercial Management in IT, telecommunications, software, and electronics. This culminated in a deal-making role as Commercial Director, New Business for a major IT outsourcer, negotiating at board level and leading teams of up to 70 Commercial Managers.
