Can you have both: Cost Savings and Reduced Risk?

Within the arsenal of contract negotiation tools, there is a gap that attorneys and contract professionals must bridge manually with minimal help from technology – third-party paper and highly negotiated contracts. These contracts represent the highest potential for risk and require the most time to review and negotiate.

Join this Seal and  IACCM webinar to discover how advancements in AI-powered contract analysis capabilities are eliminating the gap. Host IACCM COO and CTO, Paul Branch will explore the impact of this new technology with guests: Diane Homolak - UnitedLex, Rebecca Yoder - DocuSign and David Silbert - Seal Software

Tuesday, November 12th

  • 8 am Seattle
  • 11 am New York / Caracas / Santo Domingo
  • 4 pm London / Lagos / Lisbon
  • 5 pm Paris / Cape Town
  • 6 pm Helsinki / Amman / Moscow / Doha
  • 7 pm Dubai

During this webinar the panel will review:

  • The gap left by standard templates and document type specific solutions
  • The future state of AI-powered contract analysis for pre-execution
  • The impact on existing resources and need for AI-skilled personnel
  • The value, ownership and ethics of training data used in the development of AI models

Highlights from early adopters of pre-execution contract analytics will illustrate that it is indeed possible to reduce contract risk while lowering review costs and time requirements.
