Online Negotiations During the Crisis

Video vs Phone (Part One)

Live vs Written (Part Two)

Should you negotiate with video or just on the phone?
When should you go back-and-forth via email?
Why not just wait out the crisis and negotiate face-to-face, in person?
How you interact in negotiations has a direct and immediate impact on your results. Yet we tend to engage and make these decisions off-the-cuff. Don’t.
Instead, take advantage of the experts’ proven research so you will use the most effective strategies and get your best deals during this unprecedented time.

In these dynamic and fast-moving webcasts, negotiation experts and authors Keld Jensen and Marty Latz will:

  • Negotiate one-on-one with each other, demonstrating what to do - and what not to do - on video and in writing
  • Empower you with a strategic framework to evaluate when to engage in-person vs. on video vs. on the phone
  • Identify effective and ineffective strategies and tactics to use in negotiating in various online environments.

Each webcast can be viewed independently and, while they build on each other, focus on different aspects of online negotiations.
