As a professional dealmaker, you are under unprecedented pressure to balance the demand to “get deals done” with the duty to manage legal and business risk. In parallel, your team is frequently called upon to assist with macro-level assessments of the company’s contract portfolios, both for strategic and regulatory purposes.

In this session, Jim Wagner, the President of enterprise contract analytics leader Seal Software, will speak with Amber Lester, Associate General Counsel of CyrusOne. CyrusOne is a publicly traded REIT providing mission-critical data center facilities for approximately 1000 customers, including 200 of the Fortune 1000 and nearly half of the Fortune 20, across North America, Europe, and Asia. Jim and Amber will discuss how she and her colleagues use the Seal AI platform to amplify the capacity of the CyrusOne legal team.

In this webinar, you will learn:

  • The challenges that prompted CyrusOne to seek out an AI-power contract analytics solution
  • The benefits of implementing the Seal Contract Analytics platform
  • Lessons learned and recommendations for those considering a contract analytics solution
  • CyrusOne’s vision for expanding their use of AI in the negotiation and management of contracts
