As a professional dealmaker, you are under unprecedented pressure to balance the demand to “get deals done” with the duty to manage legal and business risk. In parallel, your team is frequently called upon to assist with macro-level assessments of the company’s contract portfolios, both for strategic and regulatory purposes.

CyrusOne is a publicly traded REIT providing mission-critical data center facilities for approximately 1000 customers, including 200 of the Fortune 1000 and nearly half of the Fortune 20, across North America, Europe, and Asia.
