If you're on a sales, procurement, or legal team, you know how this works: the end of the year comes and suddenly your workload grows like a weed. Everything is a priority and every opportunity seems to be a 'make or break' moment for your quarter or year-end quotas.

However, few teams are impacted by the year-end crush quite like legal teams. They're under constant pressure to execute quickly, but contracts are full of important minutiae and any mistake can have a serious impact on the costs and risks your organization takes on.

New business contracts--even renewals--can be dozens of pages. And when they come at the end of the fiscal year when legal teams are already slammed with requests, they often face an unappealing choice: rush through the contracts and risk making an error, or hold up the approval process to be sure everything is done perfectly.
