Are we destroying value by focusing negotiations on the wrong topics? 2018 Top Terms in Negotiation - Most Negotiated Terms and Conditions Research report is now available. IACCM has conducted 'Top Terms in Negotiation' surveys over the years to determine what the most negotiated terms we use are - AKA the Top Ten (10) Negotiated Terms.
