Retiring Baby Boomers are leaving gaping holes in executive and senior leadership roles in companies across many industries. Who will take their place?

Since 2010, about 10,000 Baby Boomers retire every day; today, about one-third of the U.S. workforce is eligible for retirement.1 Although the 2008 recession slowed down many Boomers' retirement plans, the economy has since picked back up; and companies are being left in the lurch and anxious for the future, as more and more baby boomers choose to step away from work once again.
