Many contracting functions have different models for how contracts are managed and may face various resource constraints. Alan Lewenstein and Maryellen Authier, members of W. L. Gore & Associates' Medical Contracting Function, will describe how their team embarked on a year-long initiative to examine and improve how to best utilize Contract Manager resources to address staffing constraints as well as more effectively meet the needs of Gore's Medical Products Division.
