El equipo "Tequila" abordó la pregunta con el uso de tecnologías emergentes. Entienden que incluir nuevas tecnologías en la relación contractual entre proveedor-comprador, posibilitará que la estructura y gobernanza de la relación respalde objetivos de transparencia y sostenibilidad. Tomando los conceptos aprendidos en la Conferencia, resaltan que todo aquello que impulsa la sostenibilidad es indicativo de un cambio en la sociedad y su forma de hacer negocios hacia una mayor apertura y transparencia. Esto significa no solo nuevos términos y condiciones contractuales, sino también replantearnos cómo desarrollamos y comunicamos nuestros contratos, para así aumentar la confianza entre las partes.



A equipe "Tequila" abordou a questão desafio com tecnologias emergentes. Eles entendem que as tecnologias garantem que a estrutura e a governança do relacionamento fornecedor-comprador apoiem as metas de transparência e sustentabilidade. Com base no que aprenderam ao longo da conferência, eles concordaram que os problemas que estão impulsionando a sustentabilidade são indicativos de uma mudança mais ampla na sociedade e nos negócios em direção a uma maior abertura e transparência. Isso significa não apenas novos termos e condições do contrato, mas também uma forma de repensar, bastante fundamental, na maneira como desenvolvemos e nos comunicamos em nossos contratos para também aumentar a confiança entre as partes.

"Tequila Team' addressed the challenge question with emerging technologies. They understand that technologies ensure that the structure and governance of supplier-buyers relationship will support transparency and sustainability goals. Based on what they learned throughout the conference, they agreed that the issues that are driving sustainability are indicative of a wider change in society and business toward greater openness and transparency. This means not only new contract terms and conditions but also a quite fundamental rethinking of the way we develop and communicate in our contracts, to also increase trust between parties.

¿Cómo deben trabajar juntos los compradores y proveedores para asegurar que la estructura y la gobernanza de sus relaciones apoyen estos objetivos?

Acordamos según nuestra investigación que el valor de los accionistas ya no es todo, y eso es sólo una pieza del rompecabezas, entendimos lo importante que es ser transparente desde el comienzo de cualquier negociación, y que para las partes a veces es más importante pagar un poco más con tal de que se cumplan objetivos de sustentabilidad. Para tener una mejor relación y completar el rompecabezas necesitamos tener rendimientos de los accionistas, comprometernos con sustentabilidad, transparencia y estándares de inclusión y diversidad todos esos 4 juntos son lo que llamamos VALOR TOTAL y así es como podemos trabajar juntos y crear una mejor relación más transparente y confiable.

Como parte da equipe do Infectious Optimist, e a fim de resolver a questão ' Como compradores e fornecedores devem trabalhar juntos para garantir que a estrutura e a governança de seus relacionamentos apoiem esses objetivos?' - Concordamos com base na nossa investigação que o valor do acionista não é mais tudo, e que isso é apenas uma peça do quebra-cabeça. Entendemos o quão importante é ser transparente desde o início de qualquer negociação, e que as partes concordam em investir mais para se comprometer com metas de sustentabilidade.

Para ter um melhor relacionamento e concluir o quebra-cabeça, precisamos ter retornos para os acionistas, comprometer-se com sustentabilidade, transparência e padrões de inclusão e diversidade. Todos esses quatro juntos são o que chamamos de VALOR TOTAL e é assim que podemos trabalhar juntos e criar um melhor relacionamento transparente e confiável.

As part of the Infectious Optimist team in order to resolve the question How should buyers and suppliers work together to ensure that the structure and governance of their relationships support these goals? We agreed per our investigation that shareholder value is no longer everything and that is only one piece of the puzzle, we understood how important is to be transparent since the beginning of any negotiation, and that the parties agree to pay more in order to commit with sustainability goals. In order to have a better relationship and to complete the puzzle we need to have shareholder returns, commit with sustainability, transparency and Inclusion and diversity standards all those 4 together are what we call TOTAL VALUE and that is how we can work together and create a better transparent and trusty relationship.
