Legal innovation is increasingly in the headlines. There are university courses, award programs and widespread media reports. But is there such a thing as 'legal innovation', or are we in fact just observing technical innovation applied to traditional activities and methods? Equally, by using the term 'legal innovation', are we constraining the pace and nature of the changes that are needed to streamline core business processes.

This webinar will feature a discussion that seeks to make sense of innovation in the context of law and the delivery of legal services.
