Time for a change? The potential pitfalls and merits of changing your outsourcing provider

The outsourcing market is maturing and many outsourcing contracts are nearing the end of their life. With the trend to shorter term contracts it is increasingly becoming the case that no sooner has a relationship with an outsourcing provider become established than it is time to think about what will happen when the contract expires.
