This interactive session looks at Negotiation Hot Topics, the latest findings from IACCM's research and our Negotiation Community of Interest to explore items that include e-auctions (challenges from the buy and sell-side perspectives), virtual negotiations (including online collaborative tools, 3rd party websites, Adobe online office suite), organisation negotiation strategy, the role of executive negotiators, and central v decentralised negotiation decision making.
Session participants will also have the opportunity to highlight their negotiation challenges and contribute to the IACCM's wider programme on negotiations.
