Introduction: Knowledge Management (KM) has gained considerable importance in most corporations over the past decade. Many have made significant investments in commercially available KM suites. Others have created in-house tools to handle their KM needs. In an effort to understand KM for contracting best practices and trends, IACCM conducted a member survey in July 2009. The survey drew input from 116 participants across a wide range of the industries and regions. This report summarizes IACCM's findings.
