IACCM recently undertook a major benchmarking survey, gathering data from more than 500 organizations on their performance of contract management.

We studied variations in how the role is performed and measured, in reporting line, relative levels of efficiency, sources of learning and development and much more.

The study covered both sell-side and buy-side, enabling valuable comparisons in the way that contract management is undertaken and the impacts on operational effectiveness and outcomes.
