Relational Contracting: developing and assessing your competency for collaborative contracts

Collaboration remains a term often used by executives, but frequently not supported by traditional contracts. IACCM has explored various approaches to achieving more collaborative relationships, including the various ways in which 'relational contracting' has been defined.
