Designed, specified and launched a contract toolkit for Siemens IT Solutions and Services (a £650 m turnover company). In its first six weeks of operation in Siemens the tool identified almost £7 million of additional revenue. Delivered 5% improvement to the bottom line in a full year's operation. Subsequently completed similar projects for two other organisations.\r

He has given papers for the IAPM World Congress and acted as a member of the expert IACCM/ Shared Services Organisation European Conference 2010 and has regularly run training courses in commercial awareness and management.
