How early should you be involved? Does the timing of your engagement make a difference? At last, these questions can be answered!

One of the most frequent complaints by contracts, legal and procurement staff is that they are often involved too late in bids and market opportunities. They believe that earlier engagement would increase the chances of favourable results and reduce risks. The problem is that most of us lack data to support this belief - so nothing changes.
