This is the second in a series of reports that addresses 'the top ten pitfalls in contract management'.\r

The ten pitfalls were initially identified from IACCM research undertaken in 2014 and subsequently validated through a series of executive roundtables and specific audits within member organizations. They represent the areas in which weaknesses in the contracting process cause revenue losses and / or cost overruns, as well as broader performance shortfalls that may result in damage to market reputation or missed opportunities for innovation.
