Joannie Morgan, BST Director of Legal Operations, will share BST-Dekra Group's story of successful incremental implementation of automated Contract Management. She will discuss their initial approach, results to date, and plans to gradually expanded over several years the adoption of CLM throughout multiple organizations and corporate groups, with global corporate adoption now in their sights.Cathy Fracasse, Ecteon's Senior Implementation Manager, will discuss how this implementation approach helps customers build executive sponsorship, a long term vision, and roadmap to enhance adoption incrementally; expanding the CLM community, without overtaxing the organization. The goal is continual innovation while leveraging the value of a CLM investment.
