The Purpose of a Contract - An IACCM research report

In a recent survey conducted by the International Association for Contract & Commercial Management (IACCM), participants were asked to evaluate the extent to which a contract should fulfil a selection of eleven possible purposes. They were then asked to assess how successful their contracts actually are in achieving each purpose.
