Negotiation Practices Survey
Negotiation is one of the foremost tasks for contract and commercial management teams, on average absorbing over 15% of their time. In recent years, the nature of negotiation has continued to change, with a far higher proportion now conducted via 'virtual' means, rather than in person. Indeed, we are increasingly seeing the emergence of 'self-service' negotiation, based on term and condition options offered through on-line programs.
IACCM is conducting a survey to better understand the methods being used today and their relative effectiveness. The results will offer participants some key insights into the way that negotiation is evolving and will also support IACCM's development of training and professional development webinars.
